Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive!
At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier!
We’re looking for an Adult Healthy Lifestyle Coach to join our One You Lincolnshire service. Since July 2019, One You Lincolnshire has offered support in Adult Weight Management, Smoking Cessation, Alcohol Reduction, Physical Activity, Health Coaching, Child Weight Management and Strength and Balance.
This role will focus on supporting adults across Lincolnshire with managing their weight, through the delivery of the Gloji Groups programme. This is a 13-week weight loss programme, allowing our clients to benefit from group support and encouragement each week, covering topics such as making and breaking habits, nutrition, movement, mind, sleep and alcohol.
Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
A typical day as an Adult Healthy Lifestyle Coach might include :
- Delivering 13-week gloji group weight loss programmes, an evidence-based intervention covering; nutrition, movement, mind, sleep and alcohol, with a focus on behaviour change and psychological support.
- Motivating, inspiring and supporting individuals to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle, through a professional, knowledgeable and empathetic approach.
- Guiding aspects of an individual’s health improvement plan including SMART goal setting, taking into account their risk factors, individual lifestyles and motivation.
- Accurately recording and monitoring data, including client progression.
- Supporting referral generation activities to promote the service.
- Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources!
- Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
- Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values!

Be successful
You are motivated and driven. Happy working solo or as part of a team, you love meeting targets. And will be given opportunities to contribute and develop your career.
Be big-hearted
You want to make a difference. Working with a like-minded team of optimistic people, we want the same thing to do meaningful work and change lives.
